1.  Can I talk to an attorney for free?

Yes. We offer a free 5-to-10-minute Zoom with an attorney, but this meeting does not include legal advice or legal strategy. Instead, our goal is to determine if your case is something that we do and to answer general questions that do not involve legal advice.

We provide legal advice, legal strategy, review your documents, and a full case analysis, after you hire us.

2.  Can I talk to a lawyer today?

Yes. We schedule Zoom meetings between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. But if we are fully booked, your call may be scheduled after 5:00 PM.

3.  Who will I speak with?

Damian Castaneda, the company owner.

4.  Are meetings in person?

No. They are by Zoom only. 

5.  What if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment, the free 5-to-10-minute Zoom meeting with an attorney is no longer available. Instead, we charge $500 for a 30-minute Zoom meeting.
