Do you offer free consultations?

Sometimes.

This is decided on a case-by-case basis. After you speak with our intake specialist, Damian will reach out afterwards and let you know if he can offer a no-cost consultation.

Are consultations by Zoom, phone, or in person?

Consultations are by Zoom and phone only, not in person. 

When are consultations scheduled?

Consultations are scheduled in the afternoons starting from 1:00 and ending at 5:00.

Consultations after 5:00 pm and on weekends are available, but are paid consultations starting at $500 for 30 minutes.

Can I schedule a consultation for today?

Potentially yes. If it’s urgent, we can do same-day appointments, but it may have to be scheduled after 5:00 pm depending on our availability.

Who will do the consultation?

Consultations are personally done by Damian, not by a paralegal, assistant, or junior attorney.
